CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS
The client required a Video Conferencing Facility allowing Barristers and Clerks to communicate with colleagues in the legal profession, interview clients, interview witnesses, record expert witness statements and host proxy hearings.
The client wanted to present the impression of face-to-face meetings.
The client also wanted to have the option to record Video meetings and share digital and hard copy content.
SOLUTION PROVIDED
Rapid Technologies provided a Polycom Video Conferencing System which allowed the client high quality point to point and point to multi-point Video meetings with the added option of bringing in both digital and hard copy content.
Rapid Technologies also provided and installed the Plasma display system and training in the use of the Video Conferencing solution.
