Ensure your visitors are notified of any important information, such as health and safety policies, privacy notices and more. When visitors sign in, EntrySign will notify you by email or SMS, so that you know who’s on premises in real time. Emails can also include a photograph of your visitor, allowing you to make a personal greeting when receiving your guests.

Personnel who move between sites or buildings can easily record their location, improving safety and provide visibility. Movements can be quickly recalled and timesheets easily generated and exported to assist with payroll, if required. Touch free sign-in

When visitors or contractors arrive, they simply scan a QR code to begin the touch-free sign-in process, using their own device. Touch-free sign-in works for impromptu visitors with no pre-booking or app download required.

Temperature screening

Temperature scanners can be integrated into any sign-in process to help detect elevated body temperatures and provide an extra level of screening. This may help to identify an otherwise undetected risk to your staff, visitors and contractors.*

Sanitisation

EntrySign’s smart sanitiser helps to enforce good hygiene when people arrive or depart your organisation. Politely request or make sanitising as part of your sign-in or sign-out process, whilst maintaining a full record for reporting and auditing purposes.

Health Screening

Request information and ask staff, visitors and contractors to make health declarations, such as a High Temperature, continuous cough, loss of smell/taste etc, using on-screen questions and statements. Restrict entry or notify staff based on the information submitted during sign-in.

Capacity Management

Keep your workplace safe by setting site occupancy limits and automatically staggering visitor arrival times. If a space reaches capacity, EntrySign can notify staff and even restrict sign-ins until it is safe to do so.

Contact Tracing

Post-visit contact tracing features help if there are any reportable symptoms or confirmed cases. Quickly see who was on site, attended the same meeting or used the same entrance and view contact details, if needed.

Ultimate Convenience Active Directory Integration

Simplify administration of your staff and personnel by integrating with Active Directory (AD). Enabling you to automatically populate your EntrySign staff lists for easy setup and will keep EntrySign up to date with any changes in the Active Directory. If accounts are deactivated or deleted in the Active Directory, the corresponding person in EntrySign will be automatically archived.

Single sign-on allows your Back Office Suite users to authenticate using their AD credentials for ease of use and added security or for ultimate convenience enable automatic sign-in for seamless authentication using your windows account.

Supports multiple sites Cloud Person

If your company has multiple sites, such as satellite offices or regional factories/warehouses you can allow your staff to sign in across these locations using a single ID card with the cloud-based syncronisation service.

A centralised staff list can be pushed to remote locations via our cloud ensuring your staff list is always up to date even where those locations do not have network connectivity with your head office.

Personnel movements can be pushed back up to the cloud from remote locations to enable centralised visibility and reporting.

Compatible Technology Door Access Control

Eliminate the need to carry multiple cards and fobs by using the same access control tokens across your door entry system and EntrySign.

EntrySign’s universal, multi-format readers are compatible with virtually all RFID technologies (including Mifare, HID, Paxton, Stanley Pac and others), meaning existing cards and fobs can be utilised. EntrySign can also supply new cards and fobs through it’s consumables and printing service. EntrySign does not change any existing card or fob data, making it perfectly safe to use alongside other solutions.

Safety Evacuation Reports

In the event of an emergency (e.g. a fire evacuation or lockdown), EntrySign can produce a quick evacuation report, which can be sent to a dedicated printer, or multiple printers simultaneously. At the same time, EntrySign can also send an evacuation list to one or more email recipients.

Options to interface fire alarm outputs are available, to automate evacuation reports when your fire alarm is triggered.

Where additional entrance and exit points do not require the full functionality of an additional screen (e.g. staff entrances and exits), EntryScan units offer users simplicity and convenience using contactless cards and QR codes in a compact solution.

RFID Reader (Plus NFC)

Contactless RFID tokens allow people to sign-in/out effortlessly and multi-format readers work with most existing technologies, like access control cards. Purchase new tokens from the EntrySign accessories catalogue or add NFC and Bluetooth LE support for mobile.

EntrySign Pass Printer

Connect additional screens to your EntrySign system to use at multiple entrance points or Included in every main EntrySign screen, the pass printer produces quick and clear photo ID badges for visitors and contractors, to display their DBS status where required. QR codes also offer added security and convenience when signing out or returning.

QR Code Reader

QR codes offer a convenient way for pre-booked visitors and event attendees to sign in. Dedicated QR readers are designed to quickly read QR codes from both screens and paper printouts and are recommended for high volume receptions. Visitors can sign in and out easily by scanning QR codes in booking emails and on visitor passes.

Welcome Screen

Fire Alarm Integration

Automate the generation of evacuation reports with EntrySign’s fire alarm interface. When sounding your fire alarm, EntrySign will print a fire evacuation report to a designated printer(s) automatically. Evacuation reports can also be emailed to allocated staff members in your organization or accessed via the EntrySign Live web app.

ID Card Printing

Produce your own printed ID cards using EntrySign’s ID card printing add-on. Use information stored within your EntrySign system to quickly create personalised ID cards directly from the Back-Office Suite. Use your own ID card printer or purchase a complete hardware and software package.
